ZDRODOWSKI / w Warszawie; Nro 10 dziesiąty / 1835 Roku dnia 3 Lute- / go is penciled on its back; a square printed paper sticker on the soundboard, with a floral ornament along the rim, featuring a lyre against the background of two crossed twigs in the centre states: K. ZDRODOWSKI / FORTEPIANISTA / mieszka w domu narożnym przy Ulicy Święto- / krzyskiej i Marszałkowskiej No 1375 / w Warszawie
